At Arylic®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wireless audio experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via the online portal or email with your order number and the reason for your return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging including all accessories and cables, then ship it using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
